      BRIEF PREAMBLE & INTRODUCTION   Mediation , an alternative dispute resolution, involves two or more individuals, groups, businesses or organizations who have had a disagreement and unable to resolve the issues between them. The disputants will meet with an independent/neutral third party who facilitates discussions, encouraging them to reach an agreement.
